Online enrollment & payments
Enrollment that works while your office is closed
Publish your groups on your own website. A parent applies at 10 pm, pays by card and signs the contract on their phone. By the time you open in the morning, the student is in the group, the payment is noted and the signed PDF is waiting in Pending documents. All your office has to do is check.

What it does
Your groups on your website
Publish with one switch
Pick which groups appear on which of your websites (up to ten) and what visitors get to see, from level, teacher and location to timetable, dates, price and places left.
Say it your way
Rewrite any text on the card, for example "630 € or 10 × 63 €". Your change is live on the website within about a minute.
Your own application form
For each website, decide which fields are required, optional or hidden. Add one field of your own, and ask for a parent’s details when the applicant is under 18.
Never overwrites your data
Say someone already in Amber applies with a new phone number. Amber shows your office the difference to apply or dismiss, and logs every decision.
Card payment straight to your account
Your own Stripe account
You connect your own Stripe account, so the money goes straight to you. Amber never holds it.
Up to six payment options per group
Offer full payment with a discount, a first instalment or an option of your own and, if you like, "pay at the school".
Enrolled automatically
Once the payment goes through, the student joins the group with the chosen fee, the applicant moves to Enrolled, and both the office and the teacher are notified.
Time limits and reminders
If someone doesn’t finish paying or signing, your office gets a task. It closes by itself as soon as they complete it.
Contracts signed online
Your contract, already stamped
Amber builds the contract from your own layout, gives it the next contract number and adds your school’s signature and stamp.
Signed with a finger
The student (or the parent, for a minor) reads the contract, types their name and draws a signature on the phone screen.
Evidence on every PDF
Amber adds a final page with the signer’s name, the time and a security fingerprint of the document.
Supporting documents too
If the course needs enrollment forms, statements or an exam application, these are signed right after the contract.
Placement test built in
Amber works hand in hand with NGPT, the Next Generation Placement Test.
Send from the applicant
One click e-mails the applicant a personal test link. The test takes 20–30 minutes and covers A1–C2 in English, German, Italian, Spanish and French.
Results arrive by themselves
The level, score, results per skill and the result PDF land on the applicant’s record, and your office gets a notification.
Who uses it
- Owner or administrator
- Connects Stripe and sets up the websites, payment options and contract types. Just once.
- Front desk
- Checks the night’s new enrollments in the morning instead of typing them in.
- Students and parents
- Apply, pay and sign whenever it suits them, on whatever device they have to hand.
For Croatia
For schools in Croatia
For foreign students, the OIB field also accepts a passport number, and Croatian texts for your website are just one click away.
Questions schools ask
Do we need a new website?
No. Amber sends your existing website the list of published groups, and your web developer displays them in your own design. No developer? Talk to us.
Is the card payment recorded in Amber automatically?
Partly. The student is enrolled and the payment details are noted on the applicant automatically. Recording the Stripe payment as an invoice in Amber comes in a later step, so for now your office records it like any other payment.
Is an online signature legally valid?
Every signed PDF carries a page with the signer’s typed name, the time, the logged-in person (if there was one) and a fingerprint of the exact document they read. Whether that is enough for a particular contract is a question for your lawyer.
