Timetables
A whole term of lessons from one rule
"Mondays and Wednesdays at 17:00, 90 minutes, room 3, until June." That is all Amber needs. It creates every lesson, skips holidays and breaks, counts the lesson units and shows you any clash before you save.

What it does
Planning without the spreadsheet
Reservations make lessons
Enter the group, classroom, teacher, day, time and how often it repeats. Amber turns that rule into one lesson for every real date.
Clashes in red
Before you save, Amber marks every date where the teacher, the classroom or the group is already booked.
Holidays and breaks
National holidays are always skipped. School breaks are skipped only for the groups that follow them.
Lesson units check
Amber compares planned and scheduled lesson units, and the count turns green when it matches the course.
Changes after the term has started
Change future lessons
New teacher, classroom, time or weekday? Pick the date it applies from, and every lesson not yet held is updated.
Check before you apply
Before anything changes, Amber lists the lessons that would land on a holiday and every clash with the teacher, room or group.
Substitutes and cancellations
Put in a substitute for a single lesson, or cancel it with a reason and, if you charge one, a cancellation fee.
Add missed lessons at the end
If a change removes lessons, you can add them back after the last date of the course.
Views for everyone
Teacher, classroom and group schedules
Browse week by week, with lessons coloured by status (scheduled, completed, cancelled), substitutes marked and holidays shaded.
Lectures list
Every lesson in a single list you can filter and search, showing the columns you choose.
Schedule templates
Save your school’s typical weekly patterns and keep them at hand when you plan.
- ✦ Change with AI: just write "From 2 November move Monday to Tuesday at 18:00 and Wednesday to Thursday with Ana". The AI prepares the change across several days at once, then you check the clashes and apply it.
- ✦ Add holidays with AI suggests your country’s official holidays for the new year. Nothing is saved until you have looked them over.
Who uses it
- Office
- Builds and changes timetables and deals with substitutes and cancellations.
- Teachers
- The teacher schedule is their home screen. Every lesson is there, one click away from the register.
Questions schools ask
What happens to lessons on a public holiday?
They are simply not created, as long as the holiday is in Amber before you make the timetable. If you add a holiday later, cancel that day’s lessons by hand.
Can one group have two different teachers?
Yes. A group can have several teachers, and each reservation (say, Monday and Thursday) can have its own teacher and classroom.
Can students see the timetable?
Yes. Students and parents see their lessons, changes and cancellations in the portal, and a notification on their phone tells them when something changes.
